FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you apply. Still have a question? We're happy to help.

Who can apply to the internship?

The program is designed for students and early-career engineers who are eager to gain real-world experience in DevOps, cloud, AI and software engineering. Motivation and discipline matter more than a specific background.

Do I need an account to apply?

No. You can submit your application from the public Apply page without creating an account. If approved, you’ll receive a registration code and instructions by email.

Is the internship remote?

Yes. TalentHub is a global, remote program. You’ll collaborate with peers and mentors across different time zones using our tools and daily stand-ups.

How long does the program last?

Duration varies by cohort and track. Your team and mentor will share the expected timeline during onboarding, and you can always track your progress on your dashboard.

What will I actually work on?

Real projects owned by your team — contributing to repositories, pipelines and environments, with pull requests, code reviews and documentation, just like a professional engineering role.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. When you complete the program you earn a verifiable certificate of completion, which can be validated online using its certificate number.

How much time is expected each week?

The internship follows a real working rhythm with daily stand-ups, assigned tasks and 1:1s. Your team will confirm the weekly expectations during onboarding.

How do I check my application status?

Use the “Check Application Status” page and enter your details to see whether your application is pending, approved or needs attention.

What happens after I’m accepted?

You’ll register with your code, complete a guided onboarding checklist to set up your tools and access, and then be assigned to a team with a mentor and projects.

Who do I contact for help?

You can reach our team any time via the Contact page or by emailing it@edusuc.net. During the program, you’ll also have team channels and a point of contact.
