Our standards

Everyone in the program is expected to treat others with respect and professionalism. We value collaboration, honesty, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and help others.

• Communicate respectfully and constructively.
• Be reliable — attend stand-ups and meetings, and meet your commitments.
• Give and receive feedback graciously.
• Respect confidentiality and use company resources responsibly.
• Support an inclusive environment free of harassment or discrimination.

Unacceptable behavior

Harassment, discrimination, dishonesty, breaches of confidentiality, and misuse of resources are not tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the program.

Reporting concerns

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this code, please report it to your point of contact or email it@edusuc.net. Reports are handled seriously and discreetly.
